Daniel Coffing | Chief Executive Officer

One of Syntegrity’s co-founders, Daniel has led the company since its inception in 1996 and has optimized its business operations and organizational development as it has scaled into one of the industry’s leaders in enterprise security. Daniel has also been the founder, lead inventor and CEO of Mingle.360, an early stage social networking tool designed to meet the needs of large organizations such as, KPMG, McDonalds, MIT, Shell Oil, PWC, Ogilvy Mather, and the US government, among many others. A lifelong technology innovator, Daniel began his career at the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) where he helped develop the first multi-vendor, satellite multiplexing system designed to improve field communication and operations across service branches.

 

Nathanael Coffing | Vice President of Business Development

As Syntegrity’s co-founder, Nathanael’s extensive knowledge of the enterprise security environment has been a major driver in developing the company’s vision for the future of identity and data security. His expertise in the areas of identity and access management extends from the birth of the industry to today’s rapidly evolving environment; including the emergence of a growing body of regulations that surround enterprise security. Beginning with his role as an early evangelist for strong authentication standards in the late 1990s, Nathanael’s expertise now encompasses systems architecture, network and user security, and mission-critical business processes. As Syntegrity’s technology visionary, he has defined a unified security strategy that effectively bridges the traditional gaps between IT operations and core business operations and offers enterprises an entirely new level of protection. Prior to joining Syntegrity, Nathanael was CIO of SnapSportz.

 

Lukas Radosz | Technical Lead - Application and Data Security

Lukas brings a unique perspective on the dynamics of global innovation to Syntegrity’s approach to the architecture of enterprise security. His experience working as a software architect, developer and security engineer with the world’s leading security specialists spans organizations such including THALES (France), EADS (France), IABG (Germany), ICOM (Greece), GMV (Spain), TNO (Netherlands), BUTE (Hungary), IEIIT (Italy), PWR (Poland) and UMU (Spain) has provided him with extensive exposure to an array of system architectures and complex and regulatory business issues.
